Individual Therapy
Individual Therapy helps you open up about all your thoughts, feelings, emotions, needs and desires that you may not dare to speak about to other people in your life.
We could also address fear of judgement or being misunderstood, shame or fear of conflict and other reasons that could be blocking your expression.
In our work together I am providing a safe space full of gentle probing to open up, kindness, empathy and acceptance. With compassion and understanding we will work as a team.
The goal of these sessions is to help you create the life that you want by increasing your self awareness, self care and self esteem.
